John Edmond Griffin passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 64. He was born to Harold Griffin and Carol Duncan on December 17, 1959.

John enlisted in the Navy on December 30, 1976, and served on the USS Independence (CV-62) until December 01, 1980. John is preceded in Death by his parents Harold Griffin, Carol Duncan and daughter Jamie Brown. He is survived by brothers Jim Griffin (Sukie), Joe Griffin (Loretta), Jerry Griffin (Phoebe), daughter Jessica Brown (Michael Cross), 5 nephews, 3 nieces, 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
